Dining at Casinovistaguidede is a destination in itself. Our six distinct culinary venues, led by Executive Chef Marco Rinaldi — Michelin-starred alumnus of Rome's La Pergola and Paris's Le Bernardin — offer a complete culinary journey from casual poolside fare to refined multi-course tasting experiences.
Altitude, our flagship restaurant, is located on the 12th floor with panoramic Perth skyline views and serves a 7-course seasonal tasting menu that showcases Australia's finest produce. Tables at Altitude are among the most sought-after reservations in Western Australia.
Our culinary philosophy is rooted in provenance — over 80% of our ingredients are sourced from Western Australian farms, vineyards, and fisheries. We operate in partnership with Fremantle Fish Market, Swan Valley wineries, and three certified organic farms within 100km of the resort.

Our Six Venues
Altitude (fine dining, 12F), The Copper Pot (modern Australian brasserie), Mikado (Japanese omakase), Ember & Vine (steakhouse & wine bar), Brasserie by the Pool (casual all-day), and The High Roller Lounge (cocktails & tapas, casino-adjacent).
Wine & Beverage Programme
Our cellar holds over 800 labels curated by Head Sommelier Antoine Dubois. The collection spans premium WA estates, celebrated Napa Valley producers, Burgundy Grand Crus, and rare verticals. Private cellar tours and wine pairing dinners are available monthly.
Private Dining
Host intimate gatherings in our private dining rooms — The Cellar (12 guests), The Library (24 guests), and The Director's Table (6 guests). Each room offers a bespoke menu, dedicated sommelier, and floral arrangement by our resident florist.
