By accessing or using any part of the casino-vista-guidede.com website, making a reservation, or using any Casinovistaguidede facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms apply to individual users, corporate clients, event organisers, and all other parties engaging with Casinovistaguidede Pty Ltd (ABN 74 001 291 290).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to registered users.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Any use that violates applicable Australian or international laws or regulations
- Transmission of unsolicited commercial communications or spam
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without express written permission

Bookings, Reservations & Cancellations
All bookings made through our website or directly with our team are subject to availability and the specific terms applicable to each service. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Casinovistaguidede.
- Standard room reservations: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; 100% charge for later cancellations
- Package bookings: 7-day notice required for free cancellation; 50% charge within 7 days; 100% charge within 48 hours
- Event bookings: Subject to the specific event contract terms agreed at time of booking
- Spa and dining reservations: 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid a cancellation fee
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. See our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Casinovistaguidede's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our services is limited to the value of the services provided in the relevant transaction.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which provide important consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
